Join Open Floor Teacher Kristen Jackson Banister for a lightly guided conscious dance  on the DMC @ Dunbar dance floor.  Kristen uses music and a little spoken guidance to invite us to dance and cultivate states of presence, curiosity, fluidity and freedom to experience all of the wild and subtle feelings that flow through us.
